The culinary week - every day a pleasure.

Your holiday day starts with the varied and multi-faceted breakfast buffet, which, extended with special regional seasonal delicacies, offers a rushing taste experience. In the afternoon, you can also snack on our cake buffet, treat yourself to a snack and in the evening, you can choose from the dinner buffet - creatively staged for you.

Refined starters, delicious soups and a choice of three main courses. These include delicate fish, hearty beef, pork, chicken or vegetarian sunny-side dishes and tempting dessert creations. Crisp, fresh salads are available at the salad bar. Traditional cuisine plays the leading role, exotic dishes set the tone. We serve a colourful selection of drinks from our "All - Inclusive" menu.

Once a week we invite you to the festive gala buffet. The culinary highlight of the week is the "Festival of home cooking" or a round dance from the Alpe Adria area!

If possible we will be happy to take diets and allergies into consideration, please let us know before your arrival.

An extensive breakfast gives us strength and energy, everything we need for a successful holiday. Therefore we serve you with pleasure:

In our house, the best regional products and sustainable food production are a must. Only with high quality food can breakfast buffets and menus with culinary delights that you, dear guests, can consciously enjoy. To achieve this, the excellent quality and processing of the food must be guaranteed. We know all our suppliers personally and would be pleased to introduce them to you.

Your breakfast egg

Anita and Günther Haas are dear friends of the family and manage the BIO-HOF in Friesach in the 5th generation. It is the only farm in Austria that extends over two provinces - Carinthia and Styria. A few years ago, the "Haasi's", as we affectionately call them, specialized in organic eggs from happy hens. When our Susi orders eggs, it is always the "HAASI EAGGES". 6.000 quitschfidele forest hens live in two stables each. They romp around until the evening hours on 120.000 m² of meadow. An old stock of trees provides enough shade, which the woodhen loves. Because it does not like full sun at all. In the early morning hours, after the breakfast eggs have been laid in the nest, the chickens go to the winter garden - from there they swarm outdoors. From a distance, the fields sometimes appear quite white, Anita told us recently. Then they spread out one by one. Some enjoy the shade of the trees, others clean their plumage in sand bunkers. All day long they eat and flutter, a happy chicken life that gives us a delicious and healthy breakfast egg. Simply to enjoy!

Cheese-to-go

Biological. Regional. Regional. Good.

4 farms from Laufenberg, Klammberg, Obermillstätterberg and vom Glanz found the cooperative. By now there are 20 farms that deliver their organic hay-milk to the Kaslabn. From the freshly milked milk they make cheese. No more, but also no less! A fine assortment from the yellow pallet, i.e. mountain cheese, Emmental, semi-hard cheese and some butter. The cows love lush meadows and green pastures. From spring to autumn they eat juicy grass, drink pure spring water and lick fine salt. During lactation they get some grain meal. A completely vital diet.

    In Kaning-Black Forest above Radenthein wheat & rye for our organic farmer's bread flourish. Baked with love, without any additives, by organic farmer Sonja Pontasch

    Quality, freshness and sustainability. This is guaranteed by "Kärntner Milch" with the strictest testing criteria and foresighted action. The farmers make a significant contribution to keeping our environment healthy
